Because of the large number of boating accidents that occur each year, the Canadian government has enacted regulations for licencing of pleasurecraft operators. In 2009 ALL motorized pleasure craft operators will the require the pleasure craft operator's card. As of now, anyone operating a personal watercraft or boat less than 4 metres in length requires the card. This video series will help prepare you to successfully pass your pleasure craft operator's test and acquire your card. After the video, we have provided a practice quiz to further prepare you for your pleasurecraft operator's test.
