REDI-MEDIC ® began producing customized soft sided emergency kits in the basement of a home in Saskatoon, SK. As consumer demand for our products steadily increased we rented our first commercial space in early 1989 and officially incorporated a few months later.
Since that time we’ve continued to lead the promotional products industry with reliable, well made, no nonsense safety products. We manufacture and import, but most of our products are produced in North America. We produce products that
exactly meet and exceed customers safety requirements based on
time tested and weather proven components. Our factory, offices and test facilities are located in Western Canada where the range of temperature in any year varies from -45°F (-42°C) to +105°F (35°C). We know what works under different conditions. Questionable, dangerous, unreliable or gimmicky products are not considered. We use
North American made products whenever possible. |

In 1993 we began an ongoing working relationship with Cosmoplitan Industries.
They are a non-profit organization that has been serving our community
since 1971. Cosmo provides adults with intellectual and/or multiple
disabilities the opportunity to participate and contribute as
fully as they are able, to all aspects of community life.
Cosmo provides many services to REDI-MEDIC ® such as mail
preparation, shrink wrapping as well as product assembly. |
WARRANTY
REDI-MEDIC ® products are guaranteed for the life of the product to be free from any and all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. We will cover the damage to your product caused by a defect in the workmanship or quality of the materials. We have the right at our option, to repair or replace merchandise. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper handling or common carrier damage. The guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear. As with any bag product, component parts particularly moving parts, will show wear over time, and may eventually require replacement. If such wear and tear occurs we can provide you with options for repairing or refurbishing your product. Please direct any questions or product returns to our Customer Care Center.
