PRICING

Pricing is effective through February 2017 or until a new catalogue is distributed. Prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes. All prices are subject to change without notice, due to factors beyond our control.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted. 

  • Based on credit approval, Net 30 day terms may be established for subsequent orders. 


ORDER PROCESSING 


  • Please submit Purchase Orders via fax or email. 

  • Changes to Purchase Orders must be received 
via fax or email. 

  • Price and availability are subject to change 
without notice, due to factors beyond our 
control. 

  • Please con rm pricing and inventory prior to 
submitting your order. 

  • Price quotations are valid for 30 days. 

  • Order Confirmations will be e-mailed within 1 
business day of receiving your order. 
Note: If you do not receive a con confirmations please 
call to verify that we have received your PO. 

  • Virtual Proofs are provided for every order, including repeat orders, at no charge. Your signature or that of your authorized representative is required on the artwork approval form prior to release for production. Your signature constitutes acceptance of full responsibility for any errors and omissions of the artwork approval form. 

  • Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute products comparable in price and design. 


MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY 


  • The minimum order quantity for First Aid Kits: 25 

  • Protective Clothing sold by case quantity only. 

  • Less than minimum charge of $50.00(G) plus 
regular set-up charge will apply for imprinted orders. 


SAMPLES 


  • Samples are available upon request depending on stock availability. 

  • Sample requests must be submitted via fax or email. 

  • Selective products may have an option to be sold as blanks.

FIRST AID KITS

Initial Set Up Charge: Price includes a 1 color, 1 location imprint, with a set- up charge of $60.00(G). Additional colors / locations $50.00(G).

Repeat Orders Set Up Charge: $40.00(G) per color, per location. Please supply your previous order number along with your new purchase order number. Imprint must remain exactly per your previous order. All other charges apply.

Run Charges: Additional color / location run charge, $1.00(G) per color, per location. All First Aid Kit orders are subjected to a 5% over/ under run and will be shipped and invoiced accordingly.

PROTECTIVE CLOTHING

Pricing for all products are for blank goods. Decoration is extra. Please see below for decorating charges.

Initial Set Up Charge: Set up charge of $60.00(G). Additional colors / locations $50.00(G).

Repeat Orders Set Up Charge: $40.00(G) per color, per location. Please supply your previous order number along with your new purchase order number. Imprint must remain exactly per your previous order. All other charges apply.

Printing Charges: Print charge per logo is $2.50(G) per location.

Embroidery Charges: Embroidery charges will vary per logo. Please contact our
customer service department for more information.

VIRTUAL PROOFS

  • Virtual Proofs provided at no charge for reference only. They do not depict the true nature of the imprint color nor the imprint location as it is not to scale.
  • The imprint will be within the maximum imprint size provided in the artwork approval form.
  • Electronic artwork is required. Acceptable formats are PC format: Vector EPS/AI/PDF. Acceptable formats include JPEG (clear images) for CLOTHING products only.
  • Electronic artwork must be emailed to artwork@wasip.com. Please compress large files (over 2 MB). Artwork will be kept on file.
  • All text must be converted to curves/outlines.
  • Multi-color art must be supplied as a composite with color breaks.
  • PMS Color Match will be as close as possible with no additional charge. Due to the differences in equipment, processing, paper, inks, pigments, and other conditions between color proofing and production operations, a reasonable variation in color between proofs and the complete job shall constitute acceptable delivery.
  • Some products and logos may not be suitable for imprinting and must be approved by our art department.
  • Alterations represent work performed in addition to the original specifications. Such additional work shall be charged at current rates, $100(G).
  • By submitting order and artwork to WASIP Ltd., the customer represents that the use or display of artwork will not violate any applicable laws or client restrictions.

PRODUCTION TIME

  • Lead times are quoted based on stock availability. Standard lead time is 5 – 10 business days after signed artwork approval form.
  • Rush services are available upon request based on stock levels and production capacity; a 10% surcharge will apply. Please contact our customer service department for more information on rush orders.

SHIPPING

  • FOB Toronto, ON
  • Orders will be shipped ‘Best Way' unless otherwise specified.
  • Drop Shipments: $10.00(G) per location after freight charges. Add one to three days to standard lead time for drop shipments up to 10 locations. For more than 10 locations, contact our customer service department for lead time and charges. For shipments exceeding 10 locations, an electronic file of addresses must accompany order.
  • Split shipments: $10.00(G) per location after freight charges.
  • Please include special handling requests on Purchase Orders.
